Football Field Sandavágur

Football will be organised as a nationwide tournament, with matches taking place at several venues across the Faroe Islands.

One of the football pitches being considered for use is Valloyran in Sandavágur.

All pitches have artificial turf and comply with at least the FIFA 1 Star requirements for shock absorption.

The players’ changing rooms can accommodate at least 20 people, have a minimum floor area of 20 square metres, and are equipped with at least five showers and one toilet.

Referees are provided with a separate changing room, including at least one shower. In addition, first-aid facilities are available, with adequate equipment for spectators and/or players.
