Cycling in the Faroe Islands
There are three clubs within the Faroese Cycling and Triathlon Federation. The federation was originally founded by Tórshavn Cycling Club and the Triathlon Club, and later joined by the Mountain Bike Club, the cycling and triathlon club Troy, and Norðstrok.
For many years, the Island Games were the biggest competitive challenge for Faroese cyclists, who now also compete regularly in international events abroad.
